First of all, as you know, everything is funded and done as far as the closings go. Yea!!

Second: Let me tell you again how pleased I am with all the work you did. You made this process a whole lot easier than the other two houses we’ve bought in the past. Kudos to you and your folks. I can be a high maintenance customer and you kept me informed throughout the entire process. This kept the stress level down and actually made this process almost enjoyable (did I mention there is nothing I dislike more than moving?). Anyway, thanks so much for all you did!!

Last: I have given your name and contact info to a lady I work with who is getting ready to sell her house and buy a new one. She’s already contacted Tara, so it looks like she’s ready to go.
